i placed my order on 28 November, with 2-3 days delivery promised, knowing its a busy time of year i waited till 9 December to chase my order by sending an email and also phoning TDF, the person i spoke to promised a call back, I didnt get a call back but did receive a short email telling me that due to demand my shoes were not available!! Why was the order, and payment taken in the first place? Why was I not notified immediatly? Why did I only get told by a short cowardly email once i had made an inquiry? I saw the same shoes while out shopping last weekend so could have picked them up there and then, as it is i am self employed and will not now have a chance to go shopping again before christmas, at least i always treat my own customers to a high standard,

After trying and failing to get hold of a certain size and style lacoste top, I found it available through Amazon by Tdf, only to discover Amazon wouldn't supply to Ireland. A quick email to yourself direct and problem solved with no hassle, received my top and a little thank you gift inside.....great site and very helpful staff,great selection and hassle free....recommended to all my friends

ordered a pair if timberlands, got a confirmation email, paid for next day deliviey , still no sign of shoes 3 days later called back up and they said they didn't have any in stock and will refund my money! Very poor service.
