Hi, I received an email offering £5 off your next order so I ordered some jeans but the voucher code didn't work. I followed this up via email only to be told by Julie, eventually, it would come of my next order..erm hardly what the original email stated. Emailed Julie again asking for a £5 credit but still waiting. I will not be using your company again at this rate..which is a shame over £5 but on a matter on principal.

The TDF site explains on numerous pages that delivery is free if your order is over £50. This is simply not true in my experience. My order was over over £50 and all the way through the payment process free delivery was showing in my basket. As soon as I hit the Paypal payment button the £3.84 charge was applied. I have contacted TDF on a number of occasions and was told a refund of the postage charge will be made once the items was dispatched. This has not happened and contact from TDF has now ceased. (email copy below) I would urge all TDF customers to review their Paypal balance to check if this backhanded charge has been applied to you. I would also warn potential customers to be aware of this issue as although TDF are now aware of this, they are unwilling to rectify their favorable position. Copy of message received from TDF fashion Hi **** Thank you for your order and I am sorry there has been an issue with the free delivery on a spend over £50.00 I am not aware of any reason why the free delivery has not been applied, I have had had to forward the issue to our technical team to look into this. I got an email in Monday saying that my sons coat had been sent out but by Friday it hadn't arrived so I phoned to see if you could track it and was told that everyone was busy and someone would call me back but I've now phoned 3 times and told everyone's busy each time?

I ordered a coat for my wife which she had liked very much .we ordered it from another outlet but they mucked up the order so i re-ordered it from TDF and received it 2 days later but what I liked about it I could track it from start to finish and could tell her when it would arrive just to stop her grizzling .WELL DONE. TDF

I have a voucher code that didn't seem to work on the website when I entered it. I contacted the Customer Service team who promptly got back to me to let me know that their technical team was looking into the issue and giving me a time frame for when they would contact me again. Very soon afterwards, the Customer Service team got back to me and let me know my voucher code would now be valid and I could go forward with my order. The ordering process was straight forward and my delivery arrived in a couple of days. I would recommend TDF Fashion and their excellent customer service to new customers.

Fast efficient service but unfortunately wrong shirt sent it didn't even match the shirt on the delivery note. Await delivery of the correct one.
