We are sorry to say that we ordered an item over a week ago and apart from the initial acknowledgement, we have heard nothing. There has never been any indication of delivery times to expect and having ordered for a birthday present we are very worried it won't arrive in time. We also note that this firm charges for the delivery unlike some other firms who deliver free. I have emailed today to ask about delivery and as yet there has been no response. I hope we hear something very soon and that we receive the order very quickly now

TDF have a great range of branded products at very competitive prices. The service was great, and delivery free over £50. I'll definitely be shopping there again for my fashion items.

The service was good, the website is easy to order from, the coat arrived quickly, but unfortunately there was a security tag attached under the arm and trying to contact your customer service wasn't easy as the phones do not get answered, This would have caused a major issue had it not been that my son works in a clothes shop with the same style of tags and was able to take the coat into work and remove it for me. The coat being from Superdry is good quality as expected

Extra accommodating when I requested that a parcel be sent out without an invoice which isn't normal practice. Prompt responses via email too.
