I needed to return a top I have bought for my son for Christmas. I was way out of the 14 days return policy as my son didn't let me know he didn't like the design down the sleeve until well into January (hes old enough to know better) but TDF did refund my money and I have since bought him another one he is happy with.

I ordered a sweater but realised I had ordered the incorrect size. I rang the Customer Services at TDF and the lady was very helpful and amended my order with no fuss. My sweater arrived just 2 days later.

Ordered something I couldn't find anywhere and delivered next day!

Was supposed to be delivered 2-3 working days but didn't nearly a week on, very disappointing as it was a birthday gift.

Not sure on delivery timescales but other than that it's been good

I ordered a jacket on Friday for my boyfriends birthday wasn't as much as emailed to say I wasn't getting it only got an email from PayPal to say I had been refunded. Ridiculous to the fact I now have nothing for his birthday when it's in 2 days. Disgraceful.

Placed my order on Wednesday 30th December and it arrived on Saturday 2nd January. I thought this was fantastic service over the new year period.
