Ordered 160 porcelain tiles 600mmx900mm all came individually wrapped. Out of the 160 only 3 were damaged. We were advised on the phone when we ordered, that we should allow for a few damages, just incase. Very pleased with service, price, delivery and quality of product. Ordered 20 m2 all arrived well packaged. Of course you might get an odd chip but I used those for cuts. I used pads instead of mortar which was faster and no mess. Would definitely buy from them again.
