BEWARE!!! Do not use this company, they are nothing but a bunch of con-artists and scamsters. They deserve a negative 5 stars. Bought 45 sq.m of outdoor porcelain tiles only to find 2 broken and one chipped tile on delivery. I reported the 3 damaged tiles to Ammaari Stones and was told that they were in their 7.5% tolerance to send damaged tiles to customers. No replacement or a refund for their damages, was instead sent a quote to buy more tiles. Shocking! Customer services is a joke, shocking emails and responses asking me 'the customer' to apologise and take back what I have said on email to them i.e. to expose them on social media for sending me broken tiles and fraudulent practices - Luke and Tom customer service managers, real life scammers. Absolute joke and a shocking company! Their tile edges are all mis-aligned and horribly cut. Stay away and do not buy from these scamsters!

I was debating whether to order or not after reading some reviews and certainly when i couldnt get a sample of the tiles i was interested in but in the end I purchased the HS Grey 1200 x 600 porcelain tile 1.5 pallets and cross my fingers everything would be ok, all i had to go off was a rendering image and also an image from another customer. When arrived all were checked and ALL were absolutly perfect, not a single tile had broken. The tile did match the photos we saw online for this particular one and we are extremely pleased with our purchase, even the landscaper who was hired to do the job for us was extremely impressed the quality of the tile. I will be happy to recommend Ammaari Stones to anyone who is looking, i know the landscaper we used is going to look at Ammaari as well as he has been really impressed with them.

Great selection at competitive prices. Great delivery, and great quality. The slabs ordered were very well calibrated, made laying them so much easier, and zeros breakages in the packs. Couldn't recommend Ammaari Stone enough and will most definitely be using them again

Ordered £2k+ worth of paving slabs, when the slabs arrived, they were horrible looking and did not match the online photo hence decided to return them. They only refunded 75% and kept 25% even though I arranged for the slabs to be delivered back to them in Suffolk. Absolutely outrageous as the tiles did not match the slabs which I ordered online. Please be extra careful when ordering from them as items don'tatch photos and if you return it on those basis they will charge you 25% cost which for me came to £540. I hope people realise this is a predatory company trying to cheat people out of their hard earned money.

Fantastic, really happy with the great products and aftercare service we received. A couple of the slabs arrived broken but this was clearly noted as possible in the description and we made allowances for this potential in the wastage allowance. As it happened the broken tiles where able to be used for the cuts. Communication from the delivery to aftercare emails from Hasan was great and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again!

AMAZING 5🌟 COMPANY 💪🏼🤩👏🏼 From the start of asking about a product, to asking about a price for a huge bulk order, to the very quick replies and polite correspondence from this company, all the way to this amazing company kept me up to date about my order prior to my delivery date and on the day of my delivery too. On arrival the delivery guy was super helpful too and went beyond their duty, to please myself the customer 😀. Just like Ammaari have done so. From my first to my last interaction with them…. with this order. They have even called to check everything was ok and went really well with my order and delivery. A delivery of slabs did not arrive on the date, i contacted Ammaari who stated they had been lost transit, a new batch was sent via a courier who when unloaded the crate dropped them from the back of the lorry and damaged the kerb stones, the third batch arrived and had damaged/broken slabs in them. Trying to get a resolve for the cost of the repair to the kerb stones and the 10 day delay in receiving the latest slabs is not this companies fault and appears to land with the couriers. Total shambles and this is the second purchase i have had from them and neither went to plan. Save your money or buy elsewhere.

Really happy with our Kandla Grey Flagstones. Delivery was on time & the palettes placed where we wanted them. Now the flags are down they look great. Would definitely recommend!!

I ordered 2.5 crates of Porcelain tiles. Price-wise they beat all other competitors for what I wanted Upon delivery and inspection, a number of the tiles near the bottom of the pallet were found to be damaged. In fact exactly 6-7 tiles out of the 2.5 crates which coincidentally was the magic 7.5% number they have for damages. I didn't bother contacting Ammaari as I had over-ordered on purpose because I knew. A number of other porcelain tiles were found to be damaged/ unusable after the packaging was removed. Again more wastage. If you are buying from this company, make sure you over-order as you will more than likely end up with a damaged and unusable product. Overall my experience was OK. Delivery was good and prices were competitive but the number of damages meant I lost out a few hundred pounds on an unusable product with no recourse. I had exactly 7.5% of damaged porcelain tiles. This did get me thinking if this company purposely packs damaged goods into crates knowing that they have this 7.5% tolerance that they can get away with. If you owned this business and had hundreds and thousands of pounds of damaged/ unsellable stock. Why not just add that stock into an order knowing that there's no need to refund unless it's over the 7.5% threshold and the customer can be bothered? I am not saying this is what the company does, but there's a strong argument that it probably does...

The sandstone slabs are excellent quality and delivered on time. The best price going as well.

Delivered on time and that's where the good service stopped. I was not given the chance to sign for the delivery as damaged, despite asking the driver if I can do so and being advised to do so on ammarri stones website. I was denied the chance by the driver. So I took pictures of the busted slab (had to be one of the big ones didn't it!) I reported it to ammarri as advised on their email and I also reported that the 22 square meter coverage was in fact only 20.5 square metres. Imagine my surprise at being advised that the busted slab was within ammarri's 7.5% accepted breakage - hm, don't remember accepting that one! Then that the 20.5 square metre coverage they actually supplied wasn't what they said that they would supply in their advertisement for 22 square metres coverage. They said that it was ok and that's what the advertised 22 mtr coverage actually covers. So basically they said what you get is all you'll get, so put up with it. I think that if they supply a replacement big slab and the missing 1.5 metres of slabs I will tell you - but don't hold your breath!

Ordered some patio slabs that came within a few days which was great, unfortunately a few slabs were broken in the pallets. I sent an email regarding the issue and had it sorted almost immediately. The customer care is awesome and very quick to resolve the issue. I asked just for the broken slabs to be replaced but they are sending extra just incase. Couldn't ask for a better service. The whole process has been easy and stress free. Highly recommend

Fantastic service and packaging of the products, not one stone arrived broken all in perfect condition, phoned a couple of times for additional information and the service was great and helpful, I will recommend this company as they are very competitive on price and product.
