It would have been nice to know that I could not place the order and get tax exempt until i filled out the form. I sent the Tax Certificate when I saw the button, but it was a little too late. Just put the button up front or at least explain to do the tax exempt form first.

This was very easy to shop now that i know the preceding 0 must be typed in on the PNs. Would love the option to ship on our account.

The City box was not filled in by LastPass, I missed it and the site did not flag it. However, it did allow me to specify the shipping method and provide a credit card. Then I got the spinning dots for about 2.5 hours (I left it running while I ran errands). I killed it when I got home and logged in again. Then I noticed that the city was missing. Filled that in and it completed. This is a very buggy web site.

Likes: C2G sells some of the products I am interested in. Dislikes: High prices, order processing took 2 days, effectively nullifying the urgency of my overnight shipping order and the extra money I spent

Product select and availability was good. Unfortunately website shopping cart was glitchy and over the course of an hour figuring out what I needed and putting different items in the cart; the site timed out and I got error 404 and "server error" pages and lost my cart on multiple occasions. Then during checkout my first attempt to charge my card failed with an "unknown error". I eventually got what I needed ordered but there seems to have been some web server issues at the time.

Easy to find the cables I was looking for, lots of choices on most items and qiuck response and knowledgable when i had a question on Chat.

Horrible company. Representative said it will take 8 to 10 days to ship my order. I canceled and charge is still in dispute. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was an awful experience. I set up my account, submitted my tax exempt certificate. It was denied without reason. I went ahead to submit the order and had to restart multiple times because my credit card would not match the shipping address. This was a terrible experience.
