the shopping cart did not seem to work on Google Chrome. maybe it was ad blocker? EDIT: Cables To Go followed up with me, found a potential issue for their programmers to fix, and also determined it was something messed up with the browser cache in GOogle Chrome

Easy as pie to order. Great selection of cables and adapters. Exactly what I needed.

Easy to find the right cable/adapter with their ConnectX wizard...fantastic idea! Just bought a new SurfacePro 9 and there are zero USB-A ports, so I needed an adapter to use the flash drives to connect to the USB-C ports. Price was about 40% less than Best Buy or Amazon.

The website doesn't work at all with chrome. Lots of bugs. Almost to the point I went to another site. I had to use Microsoft Edge. If the problem continues, I'll have to shop elsewhere.

Exactly what I needed. Looked on Amazon only to see many cables made overseas and borderline shady. This was a authentic cable made right here in the USA. Only thing I hate is that I couldn't get one that was 10 feet long. Oh well, maybe in the future!

Tried to order using Firefox browser and got stuck in a loop that would not let me complete the purchase. Your website should inform people if certain browsers do not work with ordering.

So far is ok. I'm not liking that im putting a very urgent order to be delivered overnight and i do not get tracking and information and confirmation i need on time. the Chat support t is very slow on answers as well.

You had what i needed and the ordering experience was easy.
