The live chat function works great. There are a few hiccups with the site after creating a new account blocking the initial ability to complete a purchase. Overall, easy to locate, view stock availability, and order.

I cannot get good response from C2G support if any at all. Two orders I have placed for HDMI switching devices have not shipped and cannot get support to help me get a projected delivery. I have found equivalent performing devices from another supplier for half the price. Disappointed...
