In response to their whiney blathering response: there is never a legitimate reason for forcing a phone number. If a customer leaves the field blank, they DON'T WANT YOU TO HAVE IT. If you cannot fill the order, cancel it and refund the money.

United States | 09 May 2022There is no longer a place for me to enter a PO number. We use this internally to put product in the correct job bins. When I have several orders in and no way to track them by PO#, it is very difficult. The new website is great except for that.

Had to resubmit my tax exemption form pushing my ordering off another 2 days. Customer service had no answers/was no help when the website originally changed other than "you have to make a new account". C2G was the last bastion of good prices and customer service... Cant wait to see how this goes. Already thinking about switching vendors... Or just going to Amazon at this point...
