Next-day overnight was critical for our project when we learned the end user had a difference of footage than initially quoted for their voice service conversion. My own supply team didn't have enough quantity on-hand for a very large order and I was very lucky C2G did!

Easy to find what I need - great search engine. I see that supply chain issues are hitting everywhere because some of what I would want was not available so I went up/down a length.

I have purchased many times from your company and this one had a clunky interface with Paypal. Had to hit paypal twice and then the process failed during the place the order process. Had to hit the place your order for a second time.

I cannot give a fair review on the length of time it took me to place this order as our internet is not fast or reliable.

Had what I wanted at a decent price. The free shipping was a plus.

I used C2G products when I was working (now retired) and was always satisfied with the quality. I'm happy to be able to continue sourcing from you.

If I was pulsed to change my password once, I had to changed it 6 times, unacceptable.

Lots of bugs in this new website!

I checked out using a credit card. It continued to ask me for delivery address even though one was already entered. I also tried checking the billing and shipping address were the same. I finally logged in again and that worked. Very frustrating.

Initially saw PayPal option, but it disappeared and I had to use my credit card.

good price and good product web site early to use

Could not place an urgent online order due to having to wait for my tax exemption to go through. Called the 800 number. Was told to go to chat. Waited for chat, they couldn't help me. Got through to Alexander Ott who tried to help but said you had some online issues. Finally placed the order but too late to ship out today.
