It was all pretty good, but I was supposed to get 10% off for signing up. That didn't happen?

I filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau because of their terrible customer service and very slow shipping. Their rebuttal was I was "slurring my words"!!!!! They discriminate against disabled people!!! Absolutely DO NOT do business with this company! Very, very bad. There are MUCH better cables out there and much better customer service and shipping than this poor excuse for a company! They should be SUED! You don't treat your customers like that, no matter WHAT they do or who they are!

Consider setting up the user and password separate from the address/contact info. When I set up the account my initial password didn't meet the requirements so when I changed it any changes I made to address didn't save so I had to redo those changes. Other item was searching for product I typed in 794 and it didn't pull up the 00794 quickly I had to search through several other items to get to one i needed. Neither issue was a major problem but was a minor annoyance that leaves some room for improvement. Overall good experience. Thank you.
