Great tech and customer support

Searching with keyword (HDMI extension) wouldn't find products. May have found one, but by polking around I found that you have several in different lengths. Wasn't very friendly to use.

Website is relatively easy to navigate. However, no delivery date is mentioned at checkout except a note that delivery may be delayed to fulfil previous orders???

Smooth website. I’ve heard good things about this company. First purchase was simple.

your website should allow the customer to use there shipping account number.

I ordered a product for priority over night. I just received confirmation that it was shipped fedex ground. Not overnight like I paid for.

There are good descriptions of the product, and the photos have great rollovers. This is a product I was unsure of, so I feel comfortable with my order.

The first cable is working as I expected and doing great. Seems to be well made. I have found that the cable was shipped to me and arrived in good shape and in a timely manner. I just ordered a second cable for a different job. And I am sure this second one will be as good as the first one. And if you should need a little help,like I did.
