You should have an option to download an Excel spreadsheet or at least have a QUICK ORDER PAGE where I can just enter all part #s & qtys on 1 page, then click "add to cart" only once. I had 14 items that I had to enter separately, click enter, enter qty, add to cart, click "continue shopping", then add next part#, click enter, enter qty, add to cart, click "continue shopping, enter next part#, etc, etc, etc... Takes way too long.

I use C2G for all my cable needs for years. Always a good experience. Best part is the full description and specifications for everything so I know exactly what I'm getting. Plus, the surprise discount was a nice touch.

The products are great when I get them from C2G, but finding the right product can be a challenge with your search bar. I am a cyber technologist and so I feel that if I am having challenges, that the average user is probably not happy with the issue. Still, it is not stopping me from buying from you, but it makes it more frustrating when I know what I am looking for, but don't know how to search properly on your site for that item. A great feature that many sites are now deploying, chat online. Maybe integrate that into your platform? Thank you for taking my thoughts!

I called technical support this morning and spoke with Scott about pin out locations on DB9 to DB25 serial RS232 cables. I had a null modem cable from c2g that I hoped would solve a communications problem from a Windows XP software to a scientific instrument using serial port cable connections. Scott took his time, answered all my questions, confirmed it was probably pin mismatch problem and then helped me find a cable with hopefully the correct pin connections to solve my problem. He let me know the cables could be returned if needed.

I found what I was looking for quickly and the order was placed without any trouble. Well one problem (my fault) which the system pointed out for fast resolution. :)

When I was ordering it said my two items were in stock. When I checked out it said at least one of my items was not ready to ship.

Although I have not received my cable yet, the shopping experience rated 5 stars. I hope what I've ordered is the cable that I need.
