I was confused on which RS-232 cable I needed so I called in and spoke with Mark. He helped me pick the correct cable based on the pinout I had done with my ohm meter. Very helpful and a nice guy to boot. If it fixes my problem I will order 2 more to keep on hand.

I was able to find what I needed quickly and easily. Checkout however was a nightmare. I wanted to use PayPal and it didn't work.

The shipping descriptions can be a little deceptive. I don't mind paying more to get something on-time but if the description isn't clear it feels a bit misleading. Which could lead to a customer NOT providing an on time solution for their client. Thursday and Friday don't exactly fit next day or two day due to the weekend. Clarification would be appreciated by most customers.

Search functions reveal no products. only way to find a product is to view the 'recommended' list until you get lucky and find what you wanted.

I cannot order with my account on line I had to go to Amazon to complete. Took me a over a week to finally order the cables I needed. Your CS sent me to GrayBar, another distributor, or they told me sorry. Need to fix your direct purchasing.
