I have read previous reviews and my experience is the same as others: very negative. Customer Service telephone number rings on and you cannot get through...until it just says sorry we cannot answer your call. I had a collection cancelled without any reason and no slots available to rebook ...no wonder they are in trouble!!!

Great and reliable service

you've jacked up prices 20%+ in a time when most of the world is struggling to make the same wages. that's v uncool.

Used to be great; then merged with another business and quality of service went significantly down hill. Was a massive fan, now resent using up the remaining credits I have.

I know Mrs Hinch is all the rage, and I am by no means besmirching the great work that she does, but Laundrapp is absolutely brilliant for the days where I simply cannot be bothered myself. The app is very easy to navigate, and the turnaround time on the service is way, way quicker than driving to my parents to get stuff cleaned and pressed! The only downside is that now my exercise bike is clear from laundry so I’m reminded of its presence and have to use it.

I absolutely love this service. So easy and efficient and there's always a great discount deal to take advantage of. Once you have used the bedding wash and iron service you'll never want to stop!!! Takes the stress out of my weekly wash that's for sure :-)

Excellent service when I have been overwhelmed with my laundry during the last 12 months. Working from home has ironically allowed less time on chores due to running a business.
