United Kingdom | 01 September 2020I have been using zipjet for years. Laundrapp took over and with that came a shameful drop in the quality of their services. My extremely expensive clothes have been STAINED and SHRUNK. They previously overcharged me on one invoice by applying the wrong category, which I overlooked. Now that there has been actual damage done to me clothes I cannot let this go. My clothes have been ruined. DO NOT USE THEM.

United Kingdom | 23 August 2020I CANT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH, I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICES. EVERY TIME I GIVE THEM ITEMS FOR DRY CLEANING THEY COME BACK SMALLER PLUS FADED. THEY RUINED EXPENSIVE ITEMS AND ARENT EVEN ABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH A REFUND. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!

United Kingdom | 28 July 2020This was a semi decent service but recently it’s so infuriating I don’t even know where to begin. They hold on to your laundry for at least 48 hours (cheaper and better competitors like Laundryheap manage a consistent 24 hours service) and then this evening my husband is literally standing outside waiting for the delivery of our clothes because we received a notification on the app that the driver was close only to receive an email to say the driver had left. No calls no messages no attempts to contact us. No knock on the door or ring on the doorbell. Then we get charged an excess fee AND need to wait another 48 hours because they only deliver on alternate days. They collected our laundry on Friday and now we won’t get it back till Wednesday late night!! I have two children, a broken washing machine and that’s literally all our clothes. We have just been charged £40 for a regular wash. Honestly daylight robbery and never again.

It is beyond ridiculous not to have a phone number or live chat feature. They have not refunded me the value of my clothing or told me if they will find it. This is the second time something like this has happened.

Unfortunately our two duvets were returned to us smelling strongly of cigarette smoke (we are a non-smoking household and have a 3 month old baby). The live chat and app do not work but we did receive replies through the email address within 24 hours. The duvets were recleaned and a full refund was processed very quickly when I requested it (it wasn’t offered). Unfortunately when they were returned the second time, only one of the duvets was ours and that still smelled of smoke (although less so). We returned the wrong duvet to the driver, reported our duvet as a missing item and was asked to wait 3-4 days while the facility manager located it. On the 4th day, I emailed asking for an update and was informed it had been delivered to us 2 days ago and I was asked to check! I explained that we most definitely had not received it. Later that day - and without any text message updates - our duvet was delivered! Still smelling faintly of smoke but we were just grateful to have it back. Laundrapp have offered us a discount on our next order but considering we now have the problem of dirtier duvets than when they left us, we won’t be using this company again. A real shame as the idea is great.

" hours later advised it was cancelled and there would no collection and to re-book a slot on the App. Did that all confirmed but when no one showed up checked the App again and it didn't show the amendment! That was a waste of a morning staying in...!

United Kingdom | 17 July 2020late and cancelled my collection 1 hr before collection then for return delivery is late for at least 1.5hrs. If you cannot promise the time to deliver please dont offer to your customer!

United Kingdom | 17 July 2020I've just started using Laundrapp recently and it has been a true life saver!! The app is quite easy to use and I love the concept of having to get my clothes picked up AND delivered. I spoke to the customer service about an order amend and not only did they help me with changing my order but also showed my how to do it in the app. Really helpful team. Although I feel they couldd add more categories on app maybe a chat feature. Would definitely recommend this to all my friends!
