Product ordered over 1 month ago as in-stock. Repeatedly told that I would receive my order, but nothing delivered. Requested cancellation 04/05/22, only to be told that they expect my item to be shipped 10.05.22, and no refund given. Now informed that the company has gone in to administration. To an innocent bystander with no legal knowledge, this "looks" like a company knowingly taking and withholding monies while being aware of cashflow issues, and I wonder about the legality of the situation? Significantly out of pocket, and incredibly frustrated. I hope for a good resolution, but am not confident.

Seit dem 09.05.22 ist der Laden insolvent.. somit hat die so groß angepriesene 5 Jahres Garantie keinen Wert mehr. Selbst heute erlebt.

It was a scam. I cancelled my order 2 weeks ago. they said it had been processed but the money never showed. Now they have "gone into administration". It looks like they took orders from people for as long as possible before running off with the money. I am out of pocket several hundred pounds. Most annoying thing is that I checked them out on here first and they looked OK. I now cannot trust trust-pilot.

I have just received an email telling me that they have just gone into liquidation. I received the email about this an hour after they collected an item from me - they knew about it when they arranged the collection. I have probably lost around £1000. I understand that this kind of thing happens sometimes, but there is no excuse for deliberately and unnecessarily taking goods from customers when they are in this situation.

UPDATE: They seem to be in business on this address : www. myrobotcenter .at . Perhaps we can all start calling them for our cash or machines back. They've gone bankrupt and I lost 1300 Euro's. They kept me from cancelling for over 3 months. I've been had. Here's what I received today : "With this letter I have to inform you about the fact that we had to file an application for the opening of restructuring proceedings with self-administration according to §169 IO at the Regional Court of Feldkirch on today's date (May 9, 2022). Until April 14, 2022, myRobotcenter was completely solvent against the background of the positive going concern forecast and the standstill agreement agreed with the banks. At the beginning of March 2022, PayPal (the most important and most essential payment provider, which handles approx. 70 % of our online payments) successfully completed a regular credit check - as it had repeatedly done in the past - without any tightening of the credit rating. According to information from PayPal, the next regular audit would not have been scheduled until August 2022. After an additional (unscheduled) credit check on PayPal's part was scheduled at short notice, the conditions for myRobotcenter were suddenly unilaterally adapted by PayPal to a significant extent, of which we were informed by email on April 14, 2022. We were obliged by PayPal to build up a credit balance of approx. EUR 1.6 million from the title of buyer protection and respectively as a "security reserve" or the existing credit balance of myRobotcenter was promptly "frozen". Therefore, myRobotcenter's liquidity situation deteriorated dramatically and unforeseeably. On April 19, 2022, we were also informed by a supplier that a credit insurance provider is no longer willing to insure a supplier credit. The consequence of this is that suppliers will only deliver goods against payment in advance, and this had an additional negative impact on myRobotcenter's liquidity as well. The reason for this step was that myRobotcenter had negative equity capital and therefore could not be insured. But this fact has now been known for several years. The current global situation, such as the significant decline in customer demand (sharp drop in sales of up to 50 % in the individual categories), the Russia-Ukraine conflict, Corona, lockdowns in Europe and the Far East, supply chain issues, the inflation, prices of raw materials, exchange rates, etc., obviously had a significant influence on these decisions. These external parameters had already been faced internally for a while, and we always tried to adjust our business efforts accordingly. Together with specialists, myRobotcenter made intensive efforts to find possible out-of-court restructuring measures after April 14, 2022 (bridging loan, search for investors, debt relief, etc.). Unfortunately, all these options failed due to the enormous time pressure. As a result, the only option was to apply for a court-ordered restructuring proceeding. Tried to order a robot, but the order got delayed several times and got cancelled now. So I paid for the product and stayed behind with empty hands. DO NOT BUY SOMETHING FROM THEM.

SCAM - AVOID. Ordered a robot vacuum through the .co.uk site which has positive trust pilot reviews. Took payment weeks ago but no delivery. They replied to my chase email today (9.5.22) stating that they had filed for bancruptcy in German courts today. Goodbye £549 quid I guess!

Je ne peux pas mettre la note de 0 mais je suis en colère !! J'ai procédé à un retour pour un robot Dreame Bot W10 d'une valeur de 829€ début avril et presque un mois plus tard je n'ai AUCUN remboursement. Je viens de recevoir un email qui m'informe que l'entreprise est en redressement judiciaire !!!!! A FUIR DE TOUTE URGENCE !!!! L'entreprise était solvable jusqu'au 14 Avril, elle est aujourd'hui (9 mai 2022) en redressement !! Après cette date vous n'aurez plus que vos yeux pour pleurer !!

Commande faite le 02 avril avec livraison sous 4 jours maximum Après trois semaines sans nouvelles je demande l’annulation Ils me répondent être déçu Je demande un remboursement rapide car n’étant pas une banque pour eux, j’estime que c’est un minimum Aujourd’hui rien de nouveau (robot tondeuse pour 569€) Je dépose plainte A fuir en urgence

Habe einen Gardena Rasenmäher Roboter bei dem Laden gekauft. Mit 5 Jahre Garantie wird schön gelockt. Nach 3 Jahren ist ein radmotor defekt gegangen. Auf Garantie bestehend , wurde behauptet der Defekt wurde auf grob fahrlässige Weise selber verursacht. Man muss sich da rechtlichen Beistand holen. Definitiv nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

Apres deux années d'utilisation avec satisfaction, ces jours dernier comme les précédentes saisons, j'ai voulu le remettre en fonction, mais voila la charge ne se fait plus. Le SAV n'est pas joignable, ne trouve aucun contact téléphonique pour les joindre. Mon robot TANDXCAPE LX790I, achète le 15 mai 2020. Quelle solution, acheter un neuf ou dépanner la console de recharge, mais ou ?

Robot tondeuse worx commandé fin février, plus son, plus d'image depuis le 14 avril, je devais être livré le 10 avril 2022, leurs site est en maintenance, ils ne répondent plus au SAV.... Robot payé dans son intégralité

Rasenroboter von worx bestellt aber leider Liefertermin wurde nicht eingehalten! Danach habe ich das Gerät storniert weil eben dieser Roboter in jedem Baumarkt auf Lager war! Geld retour bis heut (3Wochen) leider Fehlanzeige! Habe schon etliche Male Kontakt aufgenommen und wurde immer damit vertröstet, dass es an der Buchhaltung liegt! Hoffe dass ich mein Geld ohne rechtliche Schritte jemals wiedersehe! Ganz schlechte Firma, werde bestimmt nichts mehr bestellen! Finger weg

Angegebene Lieferzeiten werden nicht eingehalten und erst nach erneuter Nachfrage mitgeteilt. Kein guter Service, wenn Angaben falsch gemacht werden und dann stillschweigend nicht erfüllt werden. Habe Auftrag storniert, Konkurrenz hat innerhalb von 2 Tagen geliefert.

Fault with my robot lawnmower which mean it doesn’t work, won’t help at all, also refuse to take the product back and just ignore emails. Having to take legal action now at my own cost to reclaim my £4000. The slightly lower price isn’t worth the extra costs, time, stress and hassle. Find a more worthy retailer. I am beyond disappointed and wouldn’t use again.

If I was able to give this company 0 stars, I would. I ordered (1,209 euros) in good faith on the 30th of November 2021, knowing that it was in back order but that the robot lawnmover would be ready for delivery on the 31.01.2022. Then it was pushed out to Feb, then March, then April and now there is no date. I have requested my refund on the 20th of April and they said it would be refunded in a 'couple of days'. I am still waiting. They will not reply to my ticket now at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am part of an online forum in Ireland that has over 60,000 members. I will be making my experience known to them this week and also linking this trustpilot review thread for them to read. I am astonished by the complete lack of professionalism that myrobotcenter.eu has displayed. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
