The service was great and the product was very reasonably priced.

It’s not exactly like my old “ original” portashade. . I loved that one I had for years in the early 2000s. This one is a bit too big for me to fold up as easily and I dint like the sand pockets on this one either , the old one I just had to tip up to empty and then fold up.

The service was good but the mesh canopy is extremely hot in summer ,I would have preferred the canvas canopy which is much cooler.I know this because I have another 3m umbrella which is cool on hot weather.Regards Peter

Excellent product and customer service, I actually brought two of these incredible looking and sturdy umbrellas for my courtyard.

The colour of shade cloth has been hard to source but Shade Australia had the colour I was after in the size that I needed, plus at a very competitive price. The roll was shipped out really quickly too.

I was looking for a replacement umbrella cover, the team at shade australia were very helpful directing me to the right cover. The cover was made very well and fit over my umbrella perfectly. Very happy with this purchase!!

They have a wealth of knowledge and resources available, good range of fabric choices, happy to answer technical questions via email, and able to customise base on my pre purchased fittings and needs. Sail has been up all summer and has withstood all weather and winds so far. Couldn’t be happier.
