The umbrella is of very high quality unlike the flimsy cheap umbrellas I have purchased from other suppliers in the past. Delivery was very prompt and the two delivery guys managed to get the heavy granite base upstairs for us. Great product and great service.

We ordered just before Christmas not realising the company had shut down for Christmas and New Year. We were not concerned as this umbrella was part of a larger project and there was an automatic response from them. We have had exceptional communication from Shade Australia.

Delivery not up to expectation. We were told teh drive would contact us by phone / sms on day of delivery telling us when they arrived. No call, no sms, no one rang bell - mid afternoon I was checking my email and saw and email saying it was delivered and there it was sitting on the path outside the apartment building. Not what we were told would happen

So grateful for the help I received from the Shade Australia team!! Great product too!!
