I've worked with a few body sculpting machines before, and from what I can tell, the difference is that EMShape Neo has a powerful output. Clients definitely feel the intensity. It did take some time to get used to adjusting the settings for different body areas, but the training covered everything well. So far, it's been running consistently with our treatments, and I haven't had any issues.

All my questions were answered honestly and if she didn't know the answer, she got back to me. Once the order was placed, my machine arrived promptly and unharmed. All information (annual and links to videos) was emailed to me.
