When I got my machine, I thought I'd just figure it out like I always do, but then I noticed they sent me a 1-on-1 Zoom training link before the machine even arrived it was so convenient. I could fit it into my schedule, and the trainer made everything easy to understand. Bottom line, they truly care.

The manual I was sent was for the incorrect machine, I sent an email to customer service and have not received a response yet. The plug is not an American plug and does not plug into any of the outlets. This should’ve been noted on the device description. I’m not sure if my device is missing parts because some of the parts noted in the manual are missing however I’m not sure since the manual I was sent was for the wrong machine. EDIT: Customer service was quick to get back to me and solved my problem immediately. They sent me the correct manual and mailed me the correct plug. Customer service was so helpful and you can tell they care about their customers.
