For toning and firming I would for sure recommend their Perfect Shape ultra max. My twice weekly sessions for one hour each have made a real difference in the way I feel and I'm also seeing the results, especially in the waist area and arms which are my focus areas. I got the 9 in 1 Cavitation Lipo Laser Body Sculpting Machine. It arrived yesterday and I unpacked and packed it back to original of course with the video. I ask for a video for installation and got a response from 3 reps including Michelle. I watched the video but I don't have the proper tools to screw. So, need to wait until morning because I need to buy. I got them and I install the machine while watching the video. Then notice that my machine is different to the video I watch. I let Michelle knows and send pictures to her. I stopped the installing and Michelle set up a whatApp appointment with the technician. I got everything fixed and assembled with no problem. Technician name is Carol. I loved her she help me a LOT. Looking forward to the training. Very nice machine and I can't wait to use them.
