The customer service is very good. They are always available to answer questions and provide guidance. This is very much appreciated and I have a good feeling for a successful product result.

I've been using Rejuva Fresh machines and couldn't be happier. I recently got the Luxury Portable Diode Laser and the Adonis Cavitation Machine, and both are excellent. Also, customer service and training have been very supportive. I highly recommend Rejuva Fresh for professional-grade equipment.

I purchased the Perfect Shape Neo machine. Very happy with the quality of the product. It is powerful and produces great results. Shipping experience was mostly ok, however, I would rate it a 4 out of 5 as I would receive messages that my order was delayed, then cancelled and then it eventually showed up. Also, while I give the product 5 stars overall, I wish the company sent clear instructions and information about how to access training.

Laser itself is obviously made from good materials and the functionality is exactly what I saw in the videos and when talking to Rejuva Fresh representative. This is all to be expected and I'm satisfied, but really what I'm impressed by is the training. Very clear, very responsive and I feel well taken care of.

Norman and Risa have been incredibly helpful with training us on the diode laser. Works on all skin tones and hair types. Also the protocols they suggested were easy to follow and really effective. It's great that we can always follow up if we need more direction.
