I placed my order on June 9th. I have inquired about my order 3 separate time and receive the same automated response. My payment has been taken and I have not received any product. Also they had the nerve to ask me for a review of the product I still have not received. We will NEVER recommend this company to anyone . Still waiting to see if hearing aids even work.

Very unhappy with this product! I bought 3 pair thinking they would be small enough for my ears. They are so bulky that I can't wear them! I would like to return the 2 unopened boxes.

Garbage hearing aids sent back for refund as they instructed, it’s been months and I still haven’t been refunded ! All they do is keep making excuses and lies ! Went to the website to purchase a pair of hearing aids for myself. They run a "publishers clearing house" type of business. Meaning when you place an order they have many little checkmarks and extra pages that have to be unchecked or dismissed to buy extra junk before you ever get to what you want to buy. After about the 7th page of this junk I decided to bail out and deleted all items from the shopping cart and left the website. A few minutes later I get an alert they charged me anyway! No 24/7 phone service and the guy they have running their chat on FB was just rude. Stay away from this company if you like keeping your money and don't like being charged for orders I never completed.

I believe this is a scam company I ordered the product on 6/3 they said it would take 3-14 business days. After 14 business days I acquired about my order. Now they say 15-22 business days. They take your money immediately. Very poor customer support. Please go elsewhere.

I purchased a pair of Bossa hearing aids in mid January 2023 but they did not work well for me so I returned them on Jan 27 and received an acknowledgement of their return. I asked for a refund of the purchase price and was told it would be forthcoming shortly. After many messages to them, nearly five months have elapsed and I still have not received a refund nor any assurance when, or if, I will ever receive my refund. This is very disappointing and aggravating. I have lost all trust in Bossa as an honest, responsible organization.

So first things first, you will definitely get hearing assistance using these. The level of amplification is really nice, and I can definitely hear much much better with this in compared to without them. The charging is quick, and they hold a charge for quite a long time. They're comfortable for the most part, although I do find that wearing them for extended periods of time starts to get uncomfortable eventually. They're really not an all day aid in my opinion. But for the most part they're really good. I'm just not sure I'd buy into them at the price tag they're listed at. So as far as functionality, they're awesome.

Purchase for hearing aids was made April 12th. Order # 80599 total cost $102.26. Aids were not quality aids thus returning the item May 16th. Followed return policy and provided tracking number 9536210696213136008414. They responded on May 17th acknowledging my email. I followed up June 8th and they stated they will look into it. No response afterwards. I follow up June 14th and they response was "We are experiencing some unforeseen circumstances that have caused a delay in our refund process." This is beyond their return policy guidelines. Ive been requesting my refund since and have not received anything. Contacted Better business bureau

I ordered a pair of $89.97 ($94.74 with taxes) hearing aids for my 95 year old mother on 3/28/2023. I received the hearing aid the following week but on 4/8/2023 my mother passed away. On the 11th of April I called and asked for return instructions, which were emailed to me on the same day. I returned the product in its UNopened packaging with the USPS tracking number 9500 1132 4173 3112 7780 16 and the package was delivered. The product was returned unopened and within the 30 day return period! I sent them an email on 5/21/2023 upon not receiving my refund. I have also called twice and they have not returned my money yet. They keep saying that they will escalate this and get me my refund. It has been 2 months. BBB and CA Attorney General's consumer affairs office are my next steps. I need a speedy resolution to this please.

This company doesn’t honor their refund policy, I returned the so call hearing aid over two months ago and still haven’t received a refund. They have stopped returning my emails, they are horrible to deal with. The product is substandard and the customer service is worst. The best way is to avoid Bosa Hearing aid.
