Everything in the ordering and delivery were easy but my mother said she can’t hear out of them to well and hard time turning volume up

They were easy to use and it was encouraged to do 2 hrs a day at first, that worked. And the fact that you can start at the lowest setting made it easy to get used to.

My husband ordered a hearing aid Nov 2022. There was static and he couldn't hear out of them. He called Bossa Dec 2022 and they talk him into ordering another pair telling him they would work. Well same story with the second pair. We have returned both hearing aids, but unfortunately we can't get a refund back to our credit card. We are planning to contact our credit card company for help. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!

Greatly improved ability to communicate with others. Also, made it possible to watch tv with others without blasting them into the backyard or my not being able to hear the mumbling soundtrack. One thing I really like is that the hearing aids can be used in either ear. I’m totally deaf in one ear and only have 35% hearing in the other, so paying for two hearing aids seemed like waste, but since I have found they don’t seem to be made for a particular side, I use both of them in the same ear. One at a time. This is especially great when traveling which I’ve unexpectedly done a lot of this year.

Bossa hearing aids work excellently after fitting the correct volume. Wish there was a size selection of cones. The ones on aids are a little too big around. Perhaps have clear silicon cones.

The merchandise was returned over two months ago refund was promised over a month ago still no refund.

Have trouble keeping them in my ear. They have fallen out a few times. Wish they were just slightly smaller.

The hearing aids are not well made but for the price, that is what I should of expected. I had purchased miracle ear hearing aids over 30 years ago. They were fantastic. Easy to use. Lost them a year ago. Tried these but they are no match. Hard to change volume. Very tiny. Doesn't block background noise. Sorry. Can't wear them.

I ordered 2 pairs. One worked for a couple weeks and the other pair worked for almost a month.

When I had them, I was able to hear clearly and well but I lost them. Don’t know remember what I did with them so I can eventually have to order another pair of.

Not happy with your charging case - CAN NOT put both in case with ear buds on , what do I do with the one that will not fit?No on-off switch, so it squeels almost anyplace you put in, and the battery goes dead. Who was the engineer on this brain wave???
