United States | 08 September 2023They are a cheap piece of crap. I tried to return them after 47 days and they told me (which I was) out side of the 45 days. They do not work well at all. You can achieve the same results by holding a megaphone to your ear.

United States | 31 August 2023I purchased the hearing aids in May. I didn't like the quality so I asked for a refund and sent the hearing aids back per their instructions. I have not received my refund and each time I email them they say they are checking with their billing department and then nothing else happens. This is not a reputable company. Stay away. Update: replying to their request for additional details: Return#114585 Still no refund.

United States | 30 August 2023I purchased the Bossa hearing aids,…..then I got a message a week later saying they were “waiting” on product to come in and then I would get my hearing aids! After 2 weeks of waiting,…I decided I canceled my order and requested my money back!! Well it’s been 8 weeks now and I haven’t seen my refund yet!! Every time I talk to them, they have an excuse as to why I haven’t got my money back!! I would not buy anything off of them!! 9/8/2023 After your reply to my review, I would have thought my refund would have happened in a day!! But here I am writing this and still have not received my refund!! What kind of communication do you have in your company????

I bought this for my mom but she didn't like them at all and i sent it back for full refund. its been 6 months going back and forth and they confirmed they have received it. Six months later trying to follow up with them related to refund and now they are telling me they just received empty box ad no case and no hearing aids. Absolutely lying. BOSSA HEARING is a scam company. Don't buy anything from them. Order no:- 84107

United States | 21 August 2023Basically the email said... "We're having production issues..." no approximate date for shipping or anything. I'd steer clear for a while until issues are resolved. (After this review, they now are miraculously shipping) Total of 3 weeks to receive. However, second to this i mistakenly pressed order 2X, cancelled the second order SAME DAY, but yet no refund on the second order. I have emailed more than once and they've acknowledged that a refund should come... but nothing. I'll have to dispute with CC company. 10/2 UPDATE: still no refund on the cancelled order, NOW returned 2nd order - NO REFUND. I would NOT recommend you do business with this company.

United States | 21 August 2023do not order from this company, I ordered one set and within minutes I received two emails with two different order numbers, confirming my order. I immediately contacted them via customer chat and was informed the the second "order" would be cancelled, I received an email to that effect. I will add that I never received a ship on my original order. I checked by credit card the next day and Bossa had charged me for both orders. Here we are 3 weeks later and numerous emails later and still no hearing aids and no refund. I believe this company is a scam, I only ordered from them as they posted a Trust Pilot high mark, so I guess the fault is mine for trusting their Trust Pilot claim and not following up as I am now.

United States | 21 August 2023I placed my order and was looking forward to hearing again. I was advised when my order should be delivered by 8/10/23 and I waited patiently. I waited another day and still nothing. I called about my order on 8/11/23 and learned it had not been shipped! Nothing was done to compensate me, such as overnighting it to me. I also placed a call for help on 8/19/23 and was told to experiment with them more! That's terrible customer service! I'm still having difficulty, but I really want them to work for me! Please help me!

United States | 20 August 2023Ordered. Took forever to get. Had to return due to volume not working correctly. Requested refund. Told it would take 10 to 15 business days to receive my refund. Well it has been 2 months and no refund. 1st excuse was there is an issue with the refund system. Then we are sorry, we will send it up immediately. Same thing over and over. I returned them for a refund and now more than two months later I still have not received it, even though I have sent numerous emails asking why it had been taking so long. They have responding numerous times asking for my patience. It’s gone! I would not recommend buying their product should you need to return them for any reason. “Caveat Emptor!”

United States | 17 August 2023Where to begin. I have never been so disgusted with a company in my entire life. My 93 year old very ill Grandmother required sound amplifiers that were ordered from Bossa Hearing in April of this year (2023). Our family PAID for PRIORITY SHIPPING which was obviously just a scam to make more money as the product still arrived after 5 weeks. When the sound amplifiers FINALLY arrived, they were not a fit for my Grandmother and made her dizzy/nauseated. We returned the product well within the 45 -day money back guarantee and followed every step regarding repackaging, tracking, etc. Bossa confirmed receipt and advised the refund would be issued withing 10-15 business days. This is where the real nightmare begins. We were unable to refund back to our card and therefore the refund had to be credited to our bank. What was initially 10-15 business days quickly turn into 8+ weeks of fighting back and forth, calling and emailing over and over again with this company just to do their job. Unfortunately, my Grandmother passed during the EXTENDED period of time we waited for this refund. When the refund was FINALLY issued- just a few days ago-it was over $25.00 short! The last slap in the face from this detestable organization. If you are looking for a company full of scammers that steal your money and do not want to do their job - congratulations- you found the #1 place. Just keep in mind your relative might die before they respond to your numerous request for adequate customer service.

United States | 17 August 2023They have been dishonest in their return policies. I returned item for a refund with in their policy terms. I have emailed them 20 times and called multiple times. Their response is it in the billing department and they will take care of it. 6 months no return. I would not recommend any dealings with this company ever.

United States | 17 August 2023Got a replacement from the first set that stopped working. Got it on a Monday. It is now wensday and it only worked for 2 days. Only wore them for 2 hours on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday it stopped working. Awful and customer service is no help

United States | 16 August 2023I ordered hearing aids from Bossa Hearing website on May 30,2023. It took almost 3 weeks for them to ship. Bossa has a 45 day return for any reason policy. The aids did nothing for me so I returned them. Bossa sent me an email with instructions for return. I complied with the instructions, they acknowledged receipt and to this date I have received no refund. Several emails requesting status were sent to Bossa and I get a form letter response stating that the refund process takes 10 to 15 days. The online chat does not seem to function and telephone calls are placed on terminal hold. I have reported the company to the Arizona Attorney Generals consumer complaint department.

United States | 16 August 2023I would give NO STARS if I could. Bossa scams senior citizens and keeps their money if they return their hearing aids. I can't tell you the number of emails I've sent and had return emails (from Andie, Megan and Bea) with promises of "we'll expedite your refund" and they've not done ANYTHING! I'll continue to post negative reviews until I receive my refund. I have no other leverage with them. My refund number is 92451, the hearing aids were returned on April 19th and I have kept my documentation and correspondence with them. But I wouldn't consider Bossa a reputable company. They are scammers and should be reported to the BBB. However, they've taken down every review that I've submitted because they don't want potential customers to know the truth. BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT buy from Bossa!
