For my hearing problem I purchased Bossa TX- mini , to my convenience the unit is very much smaller than its previous edition TX-1, it is paired with a charging case. The battery life is approximately 35 hours and charging time is 2 to 3 hours. So it is easy for the user to handle the product. The sound is extra odinarily clear and it completely eliminated my hearing problem. The customer support service is very much good and the price is very much affordable.

I can hear well if in a non busy place. Otherwise the background noise drowns out soft-spoken individuals. Have tried many different volume control setting levels, but have found no middle ground adjustment. The units provide very good high frequency response to sound. Most sounds to which I am familiar sound very different using the units. The lower frequency sounds are not produced well at all. If someone turns their head while talking, the response cuts out. People speaking behind those ridiculous masks or who have an accent and a mask are mostly incomprehensible, whether wearing the units or not! My physically attenuated hearing, of course explains that! I speak 3 or 4 different languages (other than English), so I am very used to hearing accented speech. Unfortunately, for me, these units in some instances, are of questionable value. The case, charging times, given usage are very good. My right ear hearing is worse than the left one. That I know comes from an infection experienced some years ago. My ears do not produce much wax.

Hearing aid is just an amplifier. Does not correct for certain sound loss. I returned just like the policy asked and have NOT seen credit. If I don't see credit soon I will dispute with credit card company.
