My husband has had them for a couple days and background noise is less than his $4K pair BUT he doesn’t hear people talking any better. Maybe just needs more time.

just received these, and documentation is lacking and unclear. not very intuitive. will try to get used to using a few hours a day, but sometimes I am not sure they are even on.

Received prompt information about how to use it clearly written I have only had a few days and so far I like them!

Don’t take forever to return my money that took you two seconds to take when your merchandise would not work! 😡😡😡

Took too long to receive this order.. hearing aids are certainly not invisible, they don't even fit in my ears .. the left hearing aid is somewhat operational, the right one does not work .. I used several 'tiny' hearing aids in the past.. this one is no better.. I won't even bother returning it .. it'll probably take another month to get reimbursed.. I wasted enough time .. may work for others.. the whole apparatus is well built.. but this doesn't help much..

The hearing aids work well, however they will slip out of my ear and scream loudly

slow shipping. Hearing aids are a little hard to get out of ears. Would be helpful if they had a small stem to help get ahold of the earing aid.

Product didn't work for me. Felt like I was in a helmet. Adjusted volume, etc.

I wish there was support in proper installation of hearing aids for 1st time users who have no knowledge,as was left hanging solo by insurance Co. They work great though otherwise.

Asked them to cancel an order that accidentally went through after only 5 minutes. Took them several days to respond and they proceeded to ship the order. Customer service told me to refuse the shipment to receive a refund. Still waiting on the refund.

I'm waiting for refund in two amounts. One for $63.60 and one for $190.74. These were for order #76592. I was told this was cancelled on 2/9/23. But credit has not been done on my account. My actual order has been received and that order is ok.

Did not help also have been over a month since I returned the hearing aid and I have not received my refund. It has been 2 months and I have not received my refund!!!

Customer Service was Excellent!! They responded to my emails quickly and solved my issue with a replacement. I wish all companies operated with such a helpful and polite customer service department. The hearing aid was purchased for my 99 year old mother who is very pleased with the product and the service.

I didn’t get to use the product till mid January. I purchased it in December. The sound did not sound right Almost like a plugged ear. Wrote company and they told me return days were over. Also I paid extra for a better aid. I thought they were smaller. Guess not. Would not tell people to buy but wouldn’t tell them not to

Think I will like them when I can get them to staybin my ears. The rubber pieces are too large for my ears so they fall out when I am talking or eating. Is there a smaller size that will stay in my ear?
