I received my set of hearing aids the end of January. This is the second company I have purchased from and highly suggest them. As other reviews above claimed of pain in the ear canal and beeping while in the canal. I found in my situation the tips provided were in my opinion too thin and the tip too close to the end of the tip of the hearing aid itself. I tried an experiment to replace their rubber tip with those of earphone tips i find comfortable and it worked. the size and softness molded to my ear canal and the tip of the hearing aid was protected not to touch anything causing the beeping sound. I totally enjoy their product now.

I have had nothing but trouble with getting my refund of $197.97. I tried two sets, they were fast on charging my credit card for both sets but after trying them and finding they wouldn't stay in I return the first set and agreed to try a 2nd smaller set which I tried for 2 weeks to get them to stay in with no luck. I return that pair and now have been trying to get my money back. I have got a lot of excuses and now its down to blaming the bank. They are a RIP OFF COMPANY!!

A great price and nice looking product. Am not happy that only a very narrow band of high frequency is amplified with no way to adjust it. They must be removed to adjust the volume. It seems to amplify my voice and breathing more than ambient sounds. I am new to hearing aids so can't compare them to the competition. Maybe they all have these problems.

I purchased the hearing aids for mom and they did not work. I returned them within the time frame and as of now have not received the refund. I keep sending messages and they keep telling me they are escalating it but they still have not refunded my card. Please be very careful when dealing with this company

A pleasant rusrprise ! After checking reviews on line I thought..OMG ! What have I done ! But...I received my package as promised and these hearing aids work really well. The box contains all sort of useful things. I can understand that there will always be someone that is not fully satisfied but at this price and quality, I am totally happy. They work well, recharge quickly and the sound quality is great. I was skeptical about Bossa but I have to say, I am happy with my purchase. I emailed them re my order and their Customer service replied the following day with tracking details and more. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. I say..have some faith and don't always believe what you read...but you can believe my review! Totally genuine.

The hearing aids are pretty good over all but one of them has a definite buzz. I switched them from right to left and the buzz followed, so I know for sure that the sound is coming from the device itself.

First of all, the availability of hearing aids at the cost of $90 is unbelievable! How good could they possibly be? The answer: Incredibly good! I was amazed to immediately realize all the noises I had not been hearing. I am wondering what other things I have been missing! I truly appreciate this remarkable product.

Even though this pair was smaller than original they still did not fit inside the ear. And this pair did not help my hearing at all. Still waiting for refund.

So nice to hear better. Very comfortable. I love not having to ask people to repeat what they said several times. Would recommend these hearing aids.

I originally ordered the mini 5 but even with the smallest ear piece it was still too tight for my ear. I called to return the product. Instead I was offered a different, 20% smaller device for a little more money with the same 45 day warranty. Those arrived very quickly. It has taken some time and effort to get the volume adjusted but I think these will be a good fit.

I sent the hearing aids back well with in the time frame. I was told they couldn’t find them. I sent all of the tracking information that showed they had been delivered. Now they will not respond to emails.

The product doesn't work me, shipping took a while. I just emailed a request for a refund, hopefully they will take care of this in a timely fashion

They are too sensitive to adjust volume. There’s too much squealing noise. I will return them.

From the moment u used my debit card,the only way I confirmed my payment was through my bank.Never geatd from Bossa.When i. Did confirm with them they asked what my order # was and I didn't even have one.once they arrived,I was so excited.they help alot but my ear canal is smaller than the cones they sent so u may have to return them.

I didn't like hearing aids. They didn't fit down in my ears and they hum. I tried wearing them for two days and today 02/27/2023 mailed them back. I also saw on one of your websites that you didnot return the people their money. You give a 45 day money back guarantee, so I expect my refund in a timely manner. Thank you. Connie Fanning
