United States | 13 March 2024I have been wearing BTE hearing aids for eight years. Recently I decided to try the CIC style. I am so glad I found Bossa Hearing. I purchased the Proton Max and I love the hearing aids. The clarity is great. It’s so nice to hear things clearly again. I also like the way you can charge the hearing aids right in the case. If you’re looking for hearing aids then I highly recommend Bossa Hearing Company.

United States | 13 March 2024Both aids developed problems within a week or two of receipt. I returned and was assured that they would be repaired/replaced and shipped within 12 business days. It is now the 13th business day and no indication of shipment. This company is awful to deal with. They market aggressively and support weakly. I have also dealt with Audien and they are far superior for a similar price! Addendum: I just received word from Bossa that due to a supposed backlog of orders the aids will not be shipped for 1-2 weeks. This is typical of the awful service provided by this company. If this review didn't prompt them to do more than tell me I should call them (what is a call going to do except have them commit to what they can do nicely without a call--ship the aids NOW!) I'm at a loss as to what will! BTW, if you are thinking of buying these notice that more than 40% of the 1800+ reviews here are negative! Addendum #2. Here it is, 8 days after the assertion that the replacements would ship in 7-14 days but still no shipment notification. I would urge anyone who is looking for OTC hearing aids to avoid Bossa completely. Their product breaks down and then they fail to back it. Addendum#3. Wow! The aids have finally shipped--but not within 8-12 days as Bossa promised, but 8-12 weeks! What a lame organization this is. I strongly encourage anyone who is considering OTC hearing aids to run in the opposite direction from Bossa! Don't buy this product. It's unreliable and so is the company selling it!

I am going to ask for a refund and buy something local that I know will deliver timely and as advertised!

Why do they keep advertising and trying to sell when, obviously they cannot deliver? Received an email that because of the delay they would offer me 25% off my next order. Why in Heaven's name would I order something else when I can’t get the first order. I do not know if this is a scam but at a minimum it is a very poorly run business so if I ever receive anything, I wonder what the quality will be. There is nothing to MAKE right. Just deliver the order made in good faith AND paid for.

Sent everything back to them and they responded they would process the refund. Almost 3 months later, still have not received any money or information. If you check there ratings, you will find they cannot be trusted. DO NOT Buy their product. WARNING, WARNING

Canada | 10 March 2024In terms of pricing, Bossa cannot be beat. My wife and I purchased two sets; one for each of us. We just received our products. Therefore, we are still in the "getting accustom stage". As a result, it is still too early to make an assessment on the products. However, the process is going well so far. Bossa is a great alternative to having to spend thousands of dollars on hearing aids. We consider hearing loss to be like any other ailment. We see no need for people to be gouged financially in order to address their hearing loss. Thank you Bossa!

United States | 09 March 2024These are not real hearing aids. These are amplifiers. Big difference. They amplify everything and the result is a terrible sound that may hurt you. Real hearing aids should be able to graduate the levels of sound at different frequencies, according to each person needs. This is done by means of an equalizer from a computer and a control program. I bought this but I am not using them.

United States | 08 March 2024I placed an order for hearing aids then followed up with customer service after a week when I had not heard or received the hearing aids or any communication regarding the delay. They told me the hearing aids were back ordered and they were not sure when I would receive them. I asked to cancel the order. After two additional weeks I reached back out to customer service to inquire into my refund. I was given the run around for two additional weeks (via email and on the phone) and have still not received a refund. I'm doubtful I ever will. Do not waste your money! These people are thieves.

United States | 08 March 2024I returned the hearing aid and they were received by Bossa on 1/29/2024, I've contacted them many times asking for my refund. It is over a month and they keep saying they will contact their billing department. I still haven't received it. Very bad way to do business.

So we'll, that I've bought an extra pair for just in case. I can do that because they are affordable. Awesome company!

For the most part they have worked well and knowing what we know now would purchase them again. One thing we especially like is the ability to recharge earing aides multiple times with only one charge of the charger.
