Put in an irresponsible lending complaint, their customer service are rude and arrogant, didn't agree that giving me three loans at the same time was irresponsible. They will keep lending to you until you can't afford it then bully and harrass you, even at weekends, and evenings. You have been warned avoid them.. even if 100 people take this warning then 40k lost revenue for sunny will be very welcome..

Taken numerous loans with Sunny and when complained about loans and hardship it left me in Sunny dismissed my claims saying they were affordable and that they carried out the appropriate checks when they lent to me. I complained to the financial ombudsman who upheld my claim. Despite being told to uphold claim still have not heard from Sunny despite numerous calls and emails regarding Financial Ombudsman decision.
