My experience with sunny loan. Online and easy application form. Nothing complicated, I got decision in one day. And money was in my account after day. Rate is little bit high but at least they are trustable . And they won't bother u all the time. Very professional and good customer service.

Ref 11769648/078705 - Your reference PDRC/S_517787.001 I appreciate that sunny has offered me a redress however they asked for my bank details and any proof of any payments I have made to a 3rd party which I provided. I haven't had any response since I sent them thus information. I would like to know if they have received this information and the total refund I should receive. Will update accordingly 07/04/20 Still no contact from sunny, get cut off when I ring or told customer service can't help!! 08/04/2920 Sunny have replied saying refund will be done within 30 days. In the redress offer letter it says 14 days. 10/04/2020 Day 14 of 14 day wait advised by sunny. I had a email from them confirming that they received my details 14 days ago. No refund so far! 10/04/2020. I have now received the redress payment offered but I didn't receive the amount I have paid to a 3rd party. I did sent proof of this as requested. I have paid £180 to a 3rd party which I was advised would also be refunded. Will this be a separate payment 14/04/20 I appreciate that it's been bank holiday but still no reply to emails concerning the 3rd party payment refund I have paid. I would really like to put an end to constantly having to email and ring about this. A reply would be much appreciated. 15/04/2020 Thankyou for you're emailed reply. I have checked with the 3rd party if you have requested any information from them and they say they have no record of any request for information from you nor have you replied to their query they sent you last week. Why ask me for proof if payments if you're not going to accept it as proof? Feel like I'm going around in circles. I'll be contact the FCA for advise. 17/04/2020 Still no contact from sunny, another email sent.

Responded to my affordability complaint in the given time frame though their response says they pay out in 14 days. After reading reviews on here it appears that their response isn’t true as they are telling people it’ll be dealt with in 30 days (we’ll see). Quick enough to take your money and hand over multiple affordable loans instantly though they don’t follow their own clearly defined time scales to pay you back. I will update this should Sunny adhere to their original response. Update- Don’t know whether it was the calls today to sunny, the emails or this review but they have just paid the redress.

Be very careful using this company. I referred complaint to financial ombudsman, adjudicator agreed with me. Elevate / Sunny have tried to dismiss complaint and offer lower than the ruling! Be very careful as getting justice. Beware

Affordability Complaint I was happy with how they dealt with my affordability complaint and the outcome. Since then though no further communication, I have emailed them but no response it's amazing how they take your money immediately but when they have to give it back it takes them so long. I am more than happy to update this review if things can be dealt with quickly. Update# money has been received after email saying it would be in account the next day.

Currently awaiting a redress payment. I have confirmation in both my offer letter and a separate email that this will be paid in 14 days which would be by today. I was more than happy with how they dealt with my affordability complaint and the outcome but my salary had been significantly reduced with the current situation like many and this money would make a huge difference. I will happily update my review when payment is received. Update - 24 hours on and I have still not received payment. I have tried contacting you on your live chat who advised they were unable to assist regarding this, I cannot call you and you have not responded to my emails. Can you advise how this can be resolved please. 2.4.20 - payment has just been received which could not come at a better time. Thank you Sunny. I have updated my rating as promised.

Rude, lying time wasters. After assuring me that they would respond within time constraints to my complaint they have now ignored the second deadline! Do NOT use this company if you want to be treated as a normal human being! They do not care about their customers and will do everything possible to make your life hard stay well clear. I, and many others I know have reported them to the FCA and watchdog. I know times are hard for many people just now but honestly go elsewhere do not give these liars your custom

just received my final response from sunny loans regarding my affordability complaint,stated that as i managed to pay the loans back on time each month and in full they were not classed as unaffordable and therefore they are unable to uphold my complaint, also stating that before issuing the loans they did numerous credit checks. If they had done these credit checks as they say they would have seen the debt i was in with other companies offering these loans ,borrowing from one to pay the other and vice versa,and taking one loan out straight after another or within a few weeks of each other does not make it affordable regardless of whether it was payed in full and on time every month. My complaint will now be taken to the FOS to prove that the loans they issued to me were unaffordable.

After sending in an affordability complaint showing them how much debt I was in at the time of the loans they decided to not agree with me. In their final response they started they checked credit reference agencies which if they had they would have seen the amount of other payday lenders I was using at the same time. They also stated as I managed to pay back on time (using other payday loans to pay off) the loans were affordable! I will now send my complaint to the financial ombudsman for review as using more debt to pay of debt does not make it affordable!

Customer service dealing with unaffordabilty complaint very poor. Since sending decision, and further details sent from myself to support case, no indication of timescales for response or decision.
