Great service got money straight way.

Day 18 out of the 30 day compensation waiting period. When I have called sunny I have spoke to various teams, some telling me I would be paid that day and some just quite frankly not knowing. It is difficult to get an email response from Sunny. They have the ability to pay loans out the same day surly this can be rolled out to refunds when it is themselves that have left us customer in this position! Not good enough!
