Do not use they don't respond to complaints Had a complaint for unaffordable lending had to take to Ombudsman they found in my favour but sunny not responding to both phone calls or emails I just want to get this sorted now I have continued to pay since I started my complaint but now when they have been told to refund they just don't respond Still no response from this company today the 16th April after customer service said they would send the team dealing with this complaint 2 days ago an email asking them to update me on when I could expect a refund

Excelent service!!! I was in need of help through a tough time financially, with being a key worker I have been working all hours but needed some cash to see me through to pay day. Originally a good customer. No great change in circumstances then got offered new loans 3 in the past 3 months. Each one declined! Have emailed to tell them to stop sending these emails. A happy customer no more. Don't use them
