Overall our experience was great, where Mortimers took care of the sale of our property, and in particular having a dedicated agent was important to us. Grace was our agent and nothing was too much trouble. She kept in regular contact with us, going above and beyond with the level of service she provided. Grace was very helpful, approachable and kind throughout.

We valued the flexibility around viewing properties, including Sunday viewings. But most of all we can not overstate how well we were supported by our assigned agent Grace in the purchase of the property we set our hearts on. From the outset Grace went above and beyond in keeping us informed at every stage and liaising with all the other estate agents and conveyancers involved to ensure that all was progressing as it should be. Nothing has been too much for Grace who has been completely accessible, even when I believe it may have encroached into her personal time. She has been a real star and I can't praise or thank her enough. She has my highest recommendation and I wish her every success in her continuing career.

I have a managed rental service from them at the moment and this has been very proficient. The inventory before the tenant moved in, completed by Mia Binns, was excellent! Very detailed, with pictures throughout, and really put me at ease. A very professional service overall.

I had put my house on the market with Duckworths in August 2023 and had one viewing in a month. Following this I placed it on with Keenans as they were constantly calling me to request they took it and it was on with them until September 24 with around 40-50 viewings, a couple of poor offers and one who outbid someone by £5k only to pull out 4 weeks into the offer being accepted. Following this bad experience, I called Mortimers and even the agents said they'd no idea why this house hadn't been sold yet. It was easy for me to think "Yeah they all say that" but with 5 weeks I had an offer from a cash buyer and the sale completes in 2 days. Thank you so much to everyone I've been involved with at Mortimers, you'd be transparent, efficient and made the whole process simple and easy for me. And most importantly you've sold the house at a point it was becoming critical I sold it! Would highly recommend Mortimers to anyone, I'm over the moon!
