Easy to deal with during the purchase of the property, however, it is worth noting that my estate agent changed several times throughout the process and my purchase only took 3 months

Definitely wouldn’t use again either to sell or if buying would try to avoid. Our first house purchase: Messaged through Rightmove- no response Called the Blackburn office- told I can’t view it as they’re only taking viewings off interested parties (clearly I am an interested party) Thought hold on a minute I am and went into the Clitheroe branch where they basically said the same thing and took some details and fobbed me off again. I thought no chance and wrote a letter to the owner of the property and arranged a viewing myself- he wasn’t aware they had blocked me from viewing twice now. Anyways my offer was accepted directly by the owner, following this if I needed any information about them moving out etc I would have to contact the seller directly throughout the whole process as getting hold of or even replies from the estate agents where either very delayed or never arrived. 13 weeks on I’ve now got the keys it’s my house and somehow they’ll still get their commission from the seller despite saying no to me twice and having next to no contact the whole process.

Leaoni was cracking! Kept me up to date and generally made the process a lot easier.
