I bought a hand crafted gold locket with a chain online from John Ross Jewellers based in Tralee in Aug 2024 as a wedding anniversary present for my wife. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive as I have never purchased any jewellery online before. She promptly addressed any queries I had about the jewellery. The item was purchased on a Saturday and it arrived safely via registered post by Tues morning. The locket was beautifully crafted and hallmarked, and skillfully engraved with a short message commemorating our 20th wedding anniversary. I received a call from Laura to clarify the engraving requirement before going ahead. The engraving was done exactly as expected. The jewellery box came beautifully gift wrapped with a floral bow tie. Additonally the package was delicately gift wrapped in pink paper. It was a nice touch to include a handwritten thank you card conveying words of appreciation for my custom. I really appreciate the extra personal touch and attention to please the customer!
