She made a very difficult task, very enjoyable. I live in the USA, and was trying to replace a very sentimental 35-year-old St Christopher medal from England that had been a gift, but was sadly destroyed in a fire. Heather patiently answered my many questions, offering options, with no pressure at any time. She provided information and allowed me space and time to consider what I wanted. The result was a beautiful and perfect replacement. The medal arrived beautifully gift wrapped with a lovely handwritten card. And her personal assistance is now part of the long story and legacy of my medal that will continue to protect me on all my travels!
