Purchased a necklace from John Ross Jewellers online and it arrived gift wrapped with bow then wrapped in pink tissue paper before being placed in bubble wrap envelope.Also included was a lovely hand written Christmas card thanking me for my purchase 😊 Placed my order on Saturday and received the item by post on Wednesday, despatched and delivered super quick. This was genuinely one of this nicest and appreciative purchases I have ever made. I placed a small order for a Key Tracker last week as a Christmas gift. Upon receiving the package, it was carefully encased in a bubble wrap envelope. There was then a wrapping of tissue paper and inside was a hand written card which was a lovely touch. The key tracker itself was then again wrapped in lovely paper and had a bow on it. This was just a lovely opening experience and the gift wasn’t even for me. It really shows the difference when supporting local Irish businesses (I’m not in their locality but still) and I will 100000% be purchasing from them again in the future

Was somewhat disappointed as earings were very light.. expected them to be tubelar
