I nearly fell for this. These guys masquerade as the government agency for Disclosure Certification but they are anything but. After putting all your personal and sensitive details in, they will then attempt to charge you three times what the actual charge will be. I shudder to think where the personal details go. The biggest danger is that it looks genuine and appears top of the Google list when you do a search.

This company is a big time scammer. I don’t know how they operate is beyond belief. They steal people’s money. They feed they’re family from stolen money. They deceived people that they are government site. Big time scammers!!!!

Do not use these people for a DBS check. They charge over £80 when you can get one very quickly from the gov uk website for £23. This company have pushed their website to the top of the Google searches but honestly, don't engage with them, go to gov uk.

I stupidly fell for this as I needed it quickly and did it when I was very tired and without thought. I've waited over a week now and nothing. I have requested my bank do a chargeback which hopefully will result in a full refund as the bank have the authority to simply have this refunded if you provide evidence and it is then up the the scammer to challenge this and provide their own evidence.

This is a scam site. Don`t use it, they will try to take £89 from your account. Also, you are giving them all your details, this can be used for identity theft.

Said it would cost £23 and charged £99 WOW how can they do that? watch out punters

“AVOID” “AVOID” “AVOID” This company scams you out of £99 when you think you are paying £23 there is no notice before hand that you will paying £99 tried getting a full refund but got no luck got back £45 also they send you a digital and paper copy they don’t look genuine also they say it’s fast track took at least 3 weeks to get the digital copy and I’m still waiting for my paper copy after 6 weeks don’t get roped in with this lot.

Genuine thought this was a scam, overpriced but got my dbs back within 2 weeks I did send emails to them because I couldn’t see my certificate on their emails, however after all my worries it was posted through my door

Fake website says £23 then takes £99 the dbs can’t even be used as it’s not to official gov dbs. Stay away. I’ve managed to get a refund back from my bank. Even put husband wrong driving licence number in by mistake but still the dbs came back clear. Make no wonder there are so many criminals working when they shouldn’t be with dodgie dbs companies like these.

THis company it's really bad. I'm trying to get the refund after 3 days from applying and they said: unfortunately your application is fully processed and you will not get any refund. In this 3 days I haven't received any updates or any information. I understand they charged £30 but they don't want to even refund a reduced amount.

BEWARE - the website is the top Google search result. Therefore leading you to think you are using the government site and expecting to pay £25 for basic Disclosure Scotland. At the very end you put your card details, click pay and "Thanks, you've paid £79" - words to that affect. The main page has the prices cunningly hidden off the page at the bottom - you need to scroll way down. Apparently you can try and cancel, but the charge is either £15 or £30 depending if they have done any 'work' on your application! This is a disgrace and sadly I fell for this con - this is not the official site, nor are the prices clearly presented. I intend to contact trading standards and anyone else that will investigate this extremely dodgy practice. Currently trying to get my money back because this is nothing but fraud.

AVOID!! BIG SCAM!! I submitted my request at 3.25PM on 28th June 2021 and within 30 mins I raised a refund request as I had mistakenly requested for duplicate service of the same DBS check. They replied saying they have started processing my application in 30 mins of receiving and that too without any of my documents. This looks like a BIG SCAM. I wish I read all of these reviews. OVER CHARGED for the same services as DBS - why will they have to charge £84 where as gov.uk is charging just £23.

DO NOT USE !!! they will pull your pants down and charge you far more than you need to pay. Only use the gov.uk site basic DBS £23 not £89 or £99 from these robbers.

Avoid at all costs. Complete scam. So angry that I fell for it. At no point in the payment process is it mentioned that you are paying anymore than £23 and then £89 comes out of your bank account. Please use the official government website.

Absolut rip off merchants, false advertising about the price, say you can cancel which I did after 5mims of seeing the full 100 pound charge. At no time was the price advertised prior to payment and no phone number to dispute. Send emails and get nasty responses. Please please stay away and use other real services and save your money

This company are such fraudsters. They steal you personal data and upload it to the dark web so people can take your information and steal your identity. They also steal you money and don't even give you a DBS or refund you for anything. The helpline workers are so rude they are so unprofessional and you can tell they're in with the scam. This company is a headache! Save yourself the stress and go apply for you DBS on the gov.org website. I had to cancel all my personal information before I became a victim of fraud. Don't fool for this trap!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I paid for and requested a DBS check from this company. After being told I didn't need to have a DBS check done they then refused to refund me. In addition to that they never even sent me the DBS certificate. Fake and phoney company
