This is a scam designed to mislead people out of money. The way they sell online actually breaks the law - a law designed to protect consumers. These crooks refuse to acknowledge or accept this. They do not display the total price to be charged to your credit card at any stage in their booking process - attempting to mislead consumers into thinking they’re about to pay £23 (the normal government DBS fee) but then slapping on an extra £66 ‘service charge’ in the small print. This is a flagrant breach of online selling laws. They also take out Google Ads posing as a government organisation to lure people in to their money-spinning racket. Disgraceful. This practice is rife with other scammers in other industries - BBC News wrote a piece on this today: “Why can’t Google get a grip on rip-off ads?” published 03/05/21. These are bad people making a living out of scamming vulnerable customers. It’s really disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves. Please stay away at all costs. If you need a DBS go to the official government website (gov.uk) I fell for it and feel so stupid now. Please don’t fall in the same trap!

This is a scam site - please please don't use them. They get you to upload identity documents and pay, then claim they've 'reviewed' and that they can now process payment, so you need to approve a second payment. They actually just scam you out of x2 payments of £84 because the phone numbers and emails go unanswered, and you never actually receive a DBS certificate

Absolute charlatans, do NOT use this company, the fee mentioned at the end of the application process was £23, my husband was looking at bank online the next day and I was horrified they had taken £89! Hadvi known it was this much I never would have used them. Trying to get a refund but they are ignoring my emails. They proceeded to send me the certificate via email when I told them to stop the process and refund me. I'm not letting them get away with it and will try reporting them to Trading Standards

Paid for the service expecting to pay £23 +£10 for fast track then got charged £99. Only found the small print later after seeing my pending bank outgoing for another £66. No contact from email. So angry and broke right now!!!!

Quick and not many questions to answer online. But just took a while to come through (probably due to the pandemic and volume of requests )

Ordered a basic DBS check and quoted £23.00 , checked my bank and they took out£89.00 . What a bunch of robbers . Going through my credit card company to get the refund as they don’t answer emails. Avoid at all costs

The extra cost were too small and should be outlined more clearer

Beware: ads for third party DBS checking services appear at the top of search engines such as Google. I was trying to find the official Government website to apply for a DBS check which should cost £23. I got caught out using this 3rd party which cost over £80. No complaints about the service which was quick and efficient, just a lot more than I'd expected to pay!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is not FSA regulated. They refused to offer me a refund. I told them I no longer needed the service as they require checks that you do not need to use if you use the official government DBS service. I then used government website got result in 4 hours!! Charged £23 instead of £84, this is an unscrupulous business, avoid them.
