Absolutely fantastic. Firstly, and unusually for an online supplier, they followed up their quote to make sure everything was ok. This was a good first impression and made me want to deal with them as I felt confident that they were going to help me with the project. Anais was incredibly helpful and worked through the multiple changes needed to ensure that the solution was what I needed, and even though there was an error on the pipe length this was sorted out quickly and efficiently - I know we all make mistakes, it's how they're fixed that is the important thing, and I couldn't expect it to be any better than it was. Overall I'm very happy with the service from Anais and the Underfloor Heating Store, I'd definitely do business with them again, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking at a UFH project.

Super quick delivery and helpful staff. My only advice to potential customers is that if you use the app on the website call and speak to sales before ordering. I didn't and ended up with a mat that was too big as the app doesn't cater for the gaps you have to leave around the edge of the room.
