You accepted an order for an item that was noted on the site as in stock. 10 days later when I asked for delivery date I was told item was not in stock and that it was not available. You had taken over £2800 from my card for am item that was not available. Only when I asked for delivery was i informed the order could not be fulfilled.

Great Company. I've been trying to find a reliable company to deliver materials at good prices for my bathroom installations. From experience it's not an easy thing to do these days but im happy to say underfloorheatingstore tick all the boxes. Friendly knowledgeable staff who actually answer the phone or call you back when they say they will, give accurate stock and delivery information and deliver great products when they say they will at good prices. The only 'problem' i can find is i wish they stocked even more products so i could use them more and other less but im happy to recommend them and shout out to charlie for sorting all our orders for us so far keep up the great work.

Quick to respond to enquiry. As order was not 'standard' the technical section assessed and confirmed design dimensions. Accounts issued appropriate documents as agreed and the order was delivered on the agreed day.
