Had to buy more underfloor fibre panels as your company over ordered and would not accept this, only viable solution was to order more and convert a second room to use the extra in as you would not take returns or come up with any sort of solution… have a nice evening We’ll that’s a load rubbish but keep overselling your crap..

great prices, but i find your website awkward. I order alot of stuff on line with many suppliers. but the last time i ordered i had issues. on your website there's and 'account login' and a 'trade' button. What does the 'trade' button do? Is there a facility to save a basket and come back later? You should be able to hold prices for 14 days. Your contracts with your suppliers should support this. Your colleagues have told me that this can't be done because of price changes. Other suppliers can hold prices. The ideal scenario would be to be able to save project profiles. Even if i have to 'update' prices.

Service is always first class as one would expect

Only took a couple of attempts to get through to sales after getting straight through to technical to get them to evaluate my potential order. Both technical and sales persons very pleasant and helpful. My 2-3 day delivery (items were in stock) was free. I received the invoice (having paid by card on phone at point of sale) immediately. I perceive the product and price to be good…there are a lot of insulating boards on the market but the XP Pro has a good spec and can be dry laid or glued depending on the substrate. Excellent all round.

We placed several orders for converting our house to wet UFH, and we found The Underfloor Heating Store the best place to shop at: good choice of materials, fast delivery, excellent prices. Customer Care is also super. I ordered the wrong insulation boards, and I realised that days after buying them as I had kept them aside for later. I called the Customer Care, they made no problems, sent me the return form, and sent me the refund the day after I sent the material back. Really excellent
