Excellent service from this company bought several things for my floor project ordered online then realized that the underfloor heating system was too big so contact them next day by phone which was answered really quickly spoke to the guys they then changed the order refunded the difference all sorted on delivery of my items I realized the adhesive hadn’t been delivered one more phone call again quickly answered the lady apologized sent it next day delivery absolutely a great service good prices very happy

Following a recent change of routers I needed to re-connect my two Wi-Fi controllers to my phone app. I called technical and they offered help, but still I had an issue, and so I sent them an email. Within a short time Michael called me and ran through the process. What excellent customer service this was, and the best response from any company that I have had to deal with in the last 12 months. I can highly recommend this company as they offered excellent advice when purchasing the underfloor heating mats a few years ago, and now this great help this afternoon.
