Byggbeskrivningen var lättförståelig samt allt väl packat och rätt antal av div tillbehör. Allt känns bra än så länge. Kundsupport är väldigt tillmötesgående. Så nu vankas det många goda stunder i våran bastu.

Bra tjärolja till rätt pris, tyvärr så var frakten alldeles för dyr.

Я хочу сказать , что Покупка бани было лучшим приобретением в моей жизни. Я и мои 3 детей мы заядлые банщики, сейчас мы живем в лесу, в горах , мы думали что так и будем жить тут как отшельники, но благодаря баньке, мы стали самыми известными людьми на 100 км! К нам приезжают из других городов в баню, панорамный вид из бани самое завораживающий в округе, и даже бывало что к нам заглядывали олени и зайцы. А ещё хочу отметить обратную связь: все четко, оперативно и по делу. Благодарю!

Best service I ever had with a company outside Belgium. Order process very detailed and no question was unanswered. Delivery package was super but even then it can go wrong in the transport. But no problem 1 email and the damaged part was sent a second time without any charge. Mounting of the sauna was easy and clear. I am extremely happy with our Barrel sauna👍👍👍

I have a Panorama Sauna and a Hottub from Baltresto. Very good Quality and very nice. Everything workes perfectly. Also the buying and delivery process is very nice.

Alles prima. Lieferung war problemlos und innerhalb der Lieferzeitangabe. Das Aufstellen war nicht ganz einfach, weil der Zuber schon etwas auf die Waage bringt. Aber kein Problem. Filter und Elektroheizung im Set waren gut durchdacht zusammengestellt. Danke

Von Anfang an war ich sehr zufrieden, sowohl mit der Beratung am Anfang, der Bestellung und der korrekten Einhaltung der Lieferzeit. Die Anlieferung war pünktlich und ohne Transportschäden - sehr gut. Es waren alle bestellten Sachen mitgeliefert. Auch die Unterstützung beim Aufbau per E-Mail war wirklich tadellos. Das erste Badeerlebnis mit Luftmassage im Holzzuber war ein schönes Erlebnis. Ich kann Baltresto mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Bought a sauna kit from Balresto. Very good material! And the manual were straight forward to build the sauna. Questions (many) were handled swiftly. It took some time to arrange the transport, but it was solved with no problem.

Mycket trevligt kundbemötande och suverän support. bygg kvalitén och material val är överlägset bättre än konkurrenterna. Precis beställt min andra bastu från Baltresto och ser fram emot ännu en leverans av en underbar bastu :)

Lieferung erfolgte problemlos, sichere Verpackung. Lieferung verzögerte sich lediglich um ein paar Tage. Bei der Lieferung fehlte ein Paket, welches prompt nachgeliefert wurde. Produkt entspricht der Beschreibung und ist einfach genial. Urlaub zuhause!!

I received excellent service throughout.My emails were always answered promptly and I felt that the company really cared that I got the product that would suit me. Even after delivery, they were always available to answer any questions I had. The tub was delivered exactly as agreed and within the given time frame. We ordered a wooden tub with no heater as we wanted it as a plunge pool. We are very happy with it so far ( although only 5 weeks so far)

The product was fine and the service for ordering by phone was good...but what I really disliked is the fact that they brought the sauna and dropped it besides the road how come they dont offer the service of installation and positioning? It doesnt make sense that they dont cooperate or give support with this. Other companies do it, end to end process, its a suggestion for them, happier customers.

Firstly, sorry for the delay in writing this review. Let me start from the very beginning, which is a very good place to start!! Brief: Wife wanted hot tub for her big birthday looked at nearly every company and chose Baltresto due the quick replies to emails and advice given. Ordering: Dealing with Jelena. This lady made the process so easy due to her friendly manner and knowledge of the product. I ordered a 2m dia hot tub with bubble system. I needed it flat pack as it was difficult to locate at home. Jelena even emailed me asking if they wanted me to allow them to install the jets in the bottom of the tub, which I did. Only issue I had was payment and this was totally my fault. Use PayPal not through the bank. Dispatch and Delivery: I was informed of the dispatch date and sent a link to track it. I received the tub within 5 days. It even arrived early at home. Product: Straight away you could tell it was good quality from the way it was packed. No signs of damage on the packaging and the pallet it arrived on was converted into a log store by me! Assembly: Chose a nice fine day and started building it. I had looked at the instructions and laid everything out split down the screws into containers and started. I would recommend ratchet straps to pull the base together as it was the most difficult part to do, just because the joints are so tight. Rest of the build was very straight forward just need to take your time and don't panic and follow the instruction book. Fitting the internal stove: Take your time to mark it out before drilling holes so as not to get near to joints. With the bubble system you get the finish for the top which really does finish off the product. Filling it: I was expecting gallons of water to escape but no a few small leaks which quickly stopped once the wood had swollen. Only mistake that I made was I should have ordered a filter system for it as the amount of use it has had warrants one!!!! Would I buy this product again YES! Would I buy from Baltresto again YES! Would I deal with Jelena again A GREAT BIG YES!!

Beställde deras minsta bastutunna. Från mig får allt högsta betyg. Kundbemötandet är mycket bra, jag hade ett par frågor innan leverans som besvarades moment genom deras chattfunktion. Punktlig leverans och hög kvalitet på materialet. Mycket prisvärda dessutom. Kan varmt rekommendera Baltresto!
