Brilliant service, they were able to modify their standard sauna specifications to suit my needs. Jelena was helpful throughout and kept in contact during the manufacturing process. Delivery was prompt. My only slight criticism is that the instructions could be slightly clearer (regarding the door and the glass window) but otherwise, it was easy to assemble and I now absolutely love my sauna.

We recently purchased a 4 person barrel sauna from Baltresto. The product is great and their service has been amazing. We encountered some issues with the shipment to Portugal, but that clearly was an issue with the shipping company and Jelena was extremely helpful getting the issue resolved and getting the product delivered to us ASAP. Really recommend this company if you are looking for a fair priced barrel sauna in Europe!

Having now received and installed both a four person sauna with all the added extras, plus a four person hot tub, I cannot thank Baltresto enough for their excellent service from start to finish. Once we had decided that this was something we wanted to purchase (Covid made us do it!) we did our research and it was very quickly apparent that Baltresto were way ahead other suppliers and manufacturers when it came to these types of products. They beat competitors in both quality and price. From the outset Jelena was brilliant, responding to our emails promptly and efficiently. A clear timeframe was given from order to delivery. Once our products left the factory in Estonia we had clear tracking information, all the way through to a personal call from the Uk side of delivery, to arrange a suitable day for delivery. This was further followed up with a one hour notification on the day of delivery. Owing to size restrictions for our property we opted for pallet delivery and self assembly. Both pallets were well secured and arrived without any damage whatsoever. Craftsmanship of the products along with quality is exceptional. Easy to follow instructions for building were also present. All in all, to build both products on my own, in 30 degree heat, took me approximately one week in total. I finished off the external protection of the sauna and hot tub with OSMO UV cedar wood oil protection and the end result is truly amazing. Again, I cannot thank the team at Baltresto enough for producing, supplying and making our dream come true.

I was looking to get a hot tub liner for the garden, there was no supply in the UK, or if available it was an excessive cost. I contacted Jelena who advised costs for what I required. I completed the order and Jelena kept me updated with the whole order process. The product arrived safely very well packaged an within the 8 weeks advised. It is now installed and works perfectly. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with Jelena and Baltresto who have supplied such a wonderful product. 5 stars

I bought a wood fired hot tub 1.8m with air blower, stairs, top trim and wood lid from Baltresto. First of all the price is very competitive (UK) when you search around. Delivery ETA was communicated and the freight also. All in all very good and communication with Jelena was good. The delivery took 6-8 weeks and came on a pallet. Again no issues there. I went for the self assembly option. If you have the access I would suggest having it delivered assembled. The assembly took about 4 to five hours with 2 to 3 people. The instructions only covered the assembly of the tub ie no instructions for the blower and the unit that holds it. While it is not complicated there are certain things that are important while you are assembling the base. For example the installation of the pipes for the bubble system you need to drill holes in battons that hold the base together. Also, when attaching the pipes for the blower they need to be long enough to get right to the top of the tub. The assembly of the unit again while not difficult it would be good to include some instructions/pictures. I just want to say that if you email any questions to Jelena she is very quick at coming back and sent through lots of pictures that helped me assemble mine. When you fill start filling it be prepared for it to leak! I think ours was leaking about 15-20%for the first night and by morning it had dropped 1/3. But after 3 days all was good. I tightened the bands a bit too tight I think but have released them since. All in all very happy and it has been used Almost every day/evening since it went up. The water does need changing every 5 days or so. Thanks

Vi beställde en bastutunna 3,5 m och är jättenöjda! Massivt och kvalitativt bra virke, bastun levererades färdigmonterad - utmärkt hantverksarbete, med "halvmåne"-fönster. Vi lyfte bastun med kran upp på en klippvägg ovanför huset: inget problem med stabiliteten! Nu ska det oljas invändigt och målas utvändigt.

Aufgrund der offensichtlich derzeit hohen Nachfrage hat es etwas länger gedauert bis der Badezuber ankam. Die Ausführung entsprach meinen Vorgaben für die Anordnung der verschiedenen Anschlüsse und Techniken. Alles war gut verpackt und kam unbeschädigt an. Aufstellen und anschließen von Zuber und Ofen war einfach und schnell möglich. Lediglich die Filteranlage erforderte etwas mehr Montageaufwand. Bei Fragen, Klärungen, Änderungen kann die deutsche Vertretung (Monika) gut weiterhelfen. Wir sind zufrieden und können Baltresto weiterempfehlen.

Unser Zuber ist jetzt 4 Tage da und wir sind noch da bei Wasser ein zu lassen. Es ist leider noch nicht dicht aber das dauert ja auch. Man denk zwar "ob das was wird"? Aber das wird schon und jetzt noch das super Wetter da zu....Alles super! Eine tolle Betreuung am Telefon mit der Monika! Wir haben Baltresto auch schon weiter empfohlen! Gerne wieder!
