Walk in test I turned up with no booking and need my bloods taken for one of the online Health kits you can get. ( not knowing they did their own ) however they saw me straightaway and told me about there own kits they do and they were a little cheaper. I will be using them from now on.

We were seen immediately by a very nice phlebotomist called Viviane who was friendly and professional. Results started coming in same day. We both had the Ultimate Longevity Blood Test, which included Vitamin D, and electrolyte panel. G.P. will not test T3&4, and will not tell you results for weeks. Who's health is it ? We are happy to get this test every year. They now do a Cystatin C test, if you have kidney issues, as the eGFR is estimated after all.

It was much easier for me coming here than going to the NHS to get a blood test. I have a phobia of medical environments, I really dislike hospitals and doctors, and I usually really struggle to have any work at all done, especially injections or a phlebotomy (giving blood). I attended the Liverpool clinic, and I had an appointment with a lovely woman called Debra. She put my mind at ease by calmly explaining the procedure and that she did not intend to rush anything. Being greeted with a smile in a calm, un-rushed and respectful way makes dealing with a phobia so much easier. The compassion Debra showed during this 1-1 service is what encouraged me to proceed with the test, and it is thanks to her that this test was even possible. Debra if you see this I can’t thank you enough! I would definitely recommend one day tests for anybody that prefers a more direct approach to testing. Fast, reliable and bespoke service offering a rapid turn around time on results.

Highly recommend visiting the Cheltenham Clinic for One Day Tests. I had a blood test on Friday with the Phlebotomist Jenny, who was very friendly, welcoming and professional. She explained everything to me and was very quick and efficient. The whole process only took 10 minutes. I received my results quickly and am very happy with the process overall. MB

DO NOT PURCHASE HORMONE TEST KITS! Falsely advertised product and customer service are useless. I bought test kits including hormone tests. I was told my first test kit didn't successfully process, so they sent me a replacement kit, but only for a partial amount of the biomarkers. I explained I needed the full test kit redone, so I can ensure comparative hormone tests which are date and cycle time specific. They claim that because they have offered a replacement for the partial results they cannot or retest the full amount?! This was not included in the advertised product. Without the full tests this is useless to me, and I have had to go elsewhere to get these services. As someone with a chronic illness these services are not cheap or highly accessible to me, and it's disappointing how greedy these healthcare companies who have no conscious and obviously do not care about their customers. Please avoid !!!
