I am so impressed with this company!! Professional, efficient and friendly. I booked and went for a blood test. All the staff there were lovely. The lovely nurse put me immediately at ease. I was told that my blood test results would be emailed to me 1-2 days but I received them later that same day. Thank you so much. Will Definitely use them again. Brilliant.

I had a great experience with One Day Tests. I was blessed with a highly experienced and lovely phlebotomist. I showed up somewhat dehydrated and she still managed to take blood from a deeper vein in an instant with no discomfort. I think her name was Karla (but my memory is awful atm). The test results have given me the insights I needed to improve my health and energy levels. I'd definitely return in the future if I need another test.

Excellent service. I booked a blood test at the Liverpool Clinic. I booked the test on Monday morning, I had the blood test three hours later around mid day. Great service from Debra at the clinic, very professional and the blood was taken easily. I received all results very quickly, two days after the test. Their guideline was up to three days, so they got the results to me faster than the guideline. I'm really happy with the service. I will be back if I need any future blood tests.

Not the easiest experience doing the finger prick blood sample. I just didn’t bleed. I followed the instructions to the letter, I drank water beforehand and warmed my hands. It took nearly 45 minutes each time to get the required amount and bruised fingers. It also took three attempts to get my results. 1: not enough blood volume 2: haemolysed blood sample 3: took ages despite exercising beforehand to get a better flow and an extremely high oestrogen reading which was worrying but I contacted them and it may have been my oestrogen gel giving incorrect results. I then had to have this result repeated at my GP surgery and came back with normal results for my phase in life. It was a fast results service though and quick responses to my questions. If you tend to clot and heal quickly when you cut yourself I wouldn’t recommend the capillary finger prick sample and I’d opt for the venous clinic option.

I visited a clinic to have my blood taken at 10:00 am on a Tuesday and received some of my test results at 2:30 pm and the remainder just before 5:00pm the following day. Very satisfied.

Booking is super easy, I went to their clinic for drawing the blood samples, the nurse is very professional and the whole process is extremely smooth. I did the test in the morning and got the results via email the same day in the afternoon, their lab is highly efficient. Highly recommend their service, excellent job!

I have been seriously ill since June this year. OneDayTests said they can perform a blood test to detect antibodies after two weeks of infection. So I am seriously ill from June from the infection and I took the test in late November. The test gave a false negative. The NHS performed a different test within a day or so of the blood test. This came back positive. I have approached one day tests to ask for a refund. They are rude and insist the infection was caught between my blood test and the two days seeing my GP - despite being ill since June I have sent one day results evidence that the infection existed many weeks before I took their test. Now they don’t reply to messages or refund my money. We are going to court now
